Rate per villa, per night in national currency – MXN, rates plus 19% taxes

You must be of legal age to register at the Hotel, free parking available, free WIFI in common areas. All reservations require 100% payment plus a security deposit and are subject to the modification and cancellation policies of each season. Online payments will be processed through OPENPAY, a platform that accepts AMEX, VISA and MCARD credit cards at the Hotel.CHECK IN: 03:00 PM

HOSTING REGULATIONS

Art. 1. This Internal Regulation obliges both “Villas San Vicente” and the guests who hire its services to comply.

Art. 2. Every person who stays in this establishment is obliged to register in the card or special books that the establishment or person in charge of it will keep for this purpose. Likewise, you must show official identification with a current photograph, both of yourself and of the people who will be occupying the room. When the guests are a pre-contracted group, your representative will fill out the registration form or provide in advance a list of guests that meet the aforementioned requirements.

Art. 3. The check-in time is set at 3:00 p.m. and the time for checking out and vacating the room is set at 11:00 a.m. each day. If a guest stays longer, their sale will be charged for one more day of stay, with a maximum tolerance of 60 minutes for this purpose. The above in accordance with the provisions of NOM-0l0-TUR·2001. If you wish to change the departure date, we ask you to notify the reception.

Art. 4. The hosting service must be paid in advance. If the client does not pay on time, they lose the right to use the room. In credit card payments, the guest must present official identification upon arrival. If the person who will occupy the room is not the cardholder, they must provide an authorization letter and a copy of the owner's identification. No refunds or credit will be issued for early departures. The administration will issue proof of payment or detailed invoice for the services provided and the amount covered by them when the guest requests it. The hotel assumes no responsibility for external services that the guest hires such as but not limited to taxis, dry cleaning or doctors.

Art. 5. The hotel has taken appropriate security measures and has Civil Liability Insurance in accordance with the provisions of NOM-07-TUR-2002. When a guest uses the hotel parking lot, they must place their car in a suitable place. The establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or objects left inside. When checking in, the guest must register all the information about their vehicle in the corresponding book. Any vehicle that was not registered at the reception will be removed from the parking lot.

Art. 6. No user has the right to provide accommodation to any person without the prior consent of the management. In any case, the corresponding procedures must be carried out for registration and payment of the respective accommodation fee.

Art. 7. The establishment clearly displays in the reception area and in all rooms, its category, the current lodging rates and these Regulations, in accordance with the provisions of NOM-010-TUR-2001, inviting our guests to its due compliance.

Art. 8. If a guest falls ill, the establishment's reception must call the doctor and they can be treated in their room. If the illness is contagious for reasons not attributable to the establishment, the guest will be transferred at their own expense to the appropriate place.

Art. 9. The hotel is not responsible for any losses that the guest may suffer in money or securities. Objects or valuables left by a guest in the room will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a period of 30 days. Once this period has expired, and if there is no claim, they will be discarded.

Art. 10. Art. 10. Two pets are allowed per Villa except in El Faro. Disinfection costs may apply. Non-refundable cost per pet per day: $232 pesos. Maximum weight per pet: 25kg

Art. 11. The use that must be made of the furniture and other service objects will be rational and moderate, taking proper care of them. In the event that the guest damages these objects, intentionally or accidentally, they must report it to the administration. If they are stolen from the hotel, the corresponding charge will be made for the item in question and the price will be the one established by the market at the time of the incident. When leaving their room, every guest is obliged to leave the doors, windows, and water taps closed, turn off the lights, as well as return the keys to their room.

Art. 12. In compliance with official provisions on civil protection, the hotel has taken security measures by installing a sufficient number of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors to be used in a possible accident. In such circumstances, guests must notify the administration.

Art. 13. Guests must behave with decency and morality within the establishment, and it is prohibited to disturb the order by making noises that inconvenience or disturb other guests, as well as using the room to carry out any act or game prohibited by law.

Art. 14. Any complaint, suggestion or congratulation must be noted in the complaint and suggestion forms that the hotel administration has available to users at the reception, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Ministry of Tourism.

Art. 15. In the provision of services by this hotel there will be no discrimination based on sex, political creed, religion, nationality or social condition. The establishment may deny its services when the guest arrives drunk or under the influence of drugs or narcotics or when the guest intends to use it other than the lodging service.

Art. 16. The rights of the establishment and the guests to report to the competent authorities any facts that constitute an illegal act or that give rise to liability by any of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur within the hotel facilities.

Art. 17. The holding of social events or any other type is not considered in the accommodation amount.

Art. 18. Clients are not allowed to leave minors unsupervised in the hotel facilities and especially in the pool, beach and sea areas.

Art. 19. The hours of use for the swimming pools are from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm.

Art. 20. Clients are not allowed to use the pool facilities under the influence of alcohol.

Art. 21. No refunds will be made nor will any type of credit be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise due to direct impact, or hurricane warning in the area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. Villas San Vicente will not be responsible for any extra costs, evacuation or inconvenience that may arise due to a tropical storm or hurricane.

Art 22. The Hotel does not have its own power plant and for this reason is not responsible for power outages beyond its control.

Art. 23.- Failure to comply with this Regulation by the guest will be grounds for termination of the lodging contract, without legal liability for the company.
